UNAAPP seeks to address challenges with collecting their membership dues, following up on members whose membership accounts have expired, tracking defaulting members and engaging members effectively.
The integrated Mobile Money/ Card payment system enables members to conveniently pay with option to pay by instalment. The payment system can be linked to your organization’s bank account so that all payments will go directly into your bank account.
You can create branches, categories, groups and subgroups, membership fees (invoices) and assign the members to their respective groups and membership fees on UNAAPP.
It easy for Admin to filter members by groups, gender, full payment, part payment etc and download the data in excel or pdf.
Your members can install UNAAPP (Andriod/iOS) on their phones to access their membership accounts, update their records, receive meeting/ events notifications, know their outstanding bills, view payment history and can interact/network with other members on the app.
To register as a member on UNAAPP, download the app from Playstore or Apple Store, then click on SIGN UP and enter your organization’s abbreviated name (example UNAGH, UNYAGH) to access the member registration.
UNAAPP comes with video tutorials to guide users on how to use the app effectively.
